Steve Johnson, CEO of the Adults Supporting Adults service based in Sleaford, has, with the support of the NIHR CRN East Midlands been seconded one half day per week to the University of Lincoln. The purpose of the secondment was to work on developing an exploratory research project focusing on home care. Steve’s research focused on the barriers and opportunities for quality in home care delivery in Lincolnshire. Please see below briefing report which provides an overview of the research and findings.
